By accessing or using Erxtopay's website, mobile application, or cross-border payment services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Services. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account and complete identity verification (KYC) before initiating transfers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Services Description

Erxtopay provides a platform for cross-border money transfers using blockchain infrastructure on Base for instant settlement. Transfers are subject to:

• Applicable fees as displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Exchange rates that may fluctuate before settlement.
• Daily and monthly transfer limits based on your verification level.
• Available corridors and blockchain network status.

5. Fees and Pricing

Fees are transparently displayed before you confirm a transfer. We do not charge hidden fees. Exchange rates include a small margin that forms part of our revenue.

6. Transfer Processing

Once a transfer is confirmed and payment is received, we will process it as quickly as possible. Most transfers complete within minutes, but delivery times depend on the corridor, network conditions, and compliance checks. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment networks or compliance holds.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Provide false identity information.
• Attempt to circumvent transfer limits or compliance controls.
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without authorisation.

8. Blockchain Settlement

Erxtopay uses blockchain smart contracts on Base for settlement. While we strive for instant processing, settlement times may vary based on network conditions. On-chain transactions are immutable once confirmed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on Erxtopay are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erxtopay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through our internal complaints process. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless prohibited by local law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or applicable laws. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Pending transfers will be completed or refunded.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
